🚚 出貨時間調整公告 (Shipping Schedule Update)
因應人力調整,即日起本店改採「固定日出貨」,造成不便請見諒。
- 出貨時間:每週 二 (Tue)、六 (Sat) 寄出。
- 包裝作業:週一、週五下午進行包裝,該時段後之訂單將順延至下一出貨日。
⚠️ 注意事項 (Notice):
1. 急單 (Urgent Orders):請務必於「下單前」來電或訊息聯繫,確認可配合再下單。
2. 訂單查詢:若您的訂單超過 7 天仍未收到出貨通知,請立即來信或來電,我們將優先為您處理。
台灣地區付款與配送
Shipping & Payment (Within Taiwan)
📦 配送範圍:台灣本島及離島地區(澎湖、金門、馬祖等偏遠地區)。
Delivery available to all regions in Taiwan, including offshore islands.
1. 出貨時間 (Dispatch Schedule)
- 固定出貨日:每週 一 (Mon) 與 五 (Fri) 下午打包。
- 當日出貨:凡於週一或週五 12:00 PM 前 完成付款之訂單,將於當日寄出。
Orders paid before 12:00 PM on Mon/Fri will be dispatched on the same day. - 急單需求:請務必先來電或訊息確認。

2. 付款方式 (Payment Options)
- 信用卡 (Credit Card):接受台灣與國外發行之 VISA, MasterCard, JCB。
- 超商取貨付款 (Cash on Delivery):商品抵達超商時支付現金。
- 銀行轉帳 (Bank Transfer):請於下單後 3 日內完成匯款。
※ 重要:轉帳後請務必「拍下收據」或「截圖轉帳畫面」並回傳/上傳,以利人工對帳。請於下單後 3 日內完成匯款,逾時系統將自動取消訂單。
3. 運送方式與運費 (Shipping Methods)
- 店面自取 (In-store Pickup):NT$ 0 (免運 / Free)
- 地點:板橋實體店 (近捷運新埔/板橋站)。
- 取貨流程:
1. 確認備貨:出發前建議先聯繫客服確認訂單狀態,以免白跑一趟。
2. 核對資料:到店告知「訂單編號」與「姓名/電話」即可領取。 - 代領規範:可委由親友取件,請攜帶「訂單截圖」或「證件」以供核對。
- 超商取貨 (CVS Pickup):NT$ 65
- 合作通路:7-11、全家、萊爾富、OK超商。
- 時效:寄出後約 2-3 天 (Islands may take longer)。
- 取貨須知 (Notice):
- 簡訊通知:貨到門市會發送簡訊。若您手機有設定「攔截防騷擾簡訊」,可能會漏收,請自行留意訂單狀態。
- 取貨期限:請於到貨後 6天內 取貨,逾期將退回。
- 證件查核:「已付款」之包裹,取件人姓名需與證件相符。若委託親友代領,請務必攜帶取件人證件。
- ⚠️ 外國朋友 (Expats): Pickup Name MUST match your ID (ARC/Passport). System limits name to 10 chars.
- 郵寄宅配 (Postal Service):NT$ 65 - 80
- 時效:約 1-5 個工作天 (透過 i郵箱 寄出)。
- 地址:可填寫 一般地址、i郵箱、郵政信箱 或 存局候領。
- ※ 若指定「i郵箱」收件,請務必於到貨後 3天內 取件。
- ※ 若指定「存局候領」,請特別備註,並自行注意追蹤編號。
- 如有需要會改用楓葉便利帶寄件,配送速度與郵局差不多甚至更快。
4. 免運優惠與例外 (Free Shipping Policy in Taiwan)
- 單筆訂單滿 TWD 1,000 即享免運 (含台灣本島、離島)。
- ⚠️ 例外商品 (Exceptions):
部分特殊商品不適用免運(將於商品頁面標示)。若訂單內含例外商品,且其他商品未達免運門檻, 系統將於後台手動加收運費,我們將會事先通知您。

3. Returns & Risks (退換貨與風險)
- No Returns: Due to complexity, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders unless defective.
- Shipping Risk: International shipping carries risks. We pack firmly to prevent damage. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
