芋頭西米露 Taro Sago
Pronunciation: yu tou xi mi lu

Taro simmered until soft and fluffy, paired with round, chewy sago pearls, adds a refreshing bounce to the thick, creamy soup. You carefully sip the sweetness resting on your porcelain spoon, as the winter night turns gentler with each bite.
