Payment Options

  • 💳 Credit Card Online Payment
    We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay credit cards for payments in TWD.
  • 💵 PayPal
    For payments in USD, KRW, or JPY, PayPal is the only available option.
  • 🏛️ Bank Transfer
    For international bank transfers, please email us at juspirittw+customer@gmail.com to obtain the account details. You will be responsible for covering all transaction fees.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees will be displayed after you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The fees are calculated based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
    Please note that we do not offer free shipping worldwide.
  • Dispatch Time:
    We process and dispatch orders within 5 business days via counter service.
  • Shipping Address:
    Ensure your shipping address is correct, as it cannot be changed after dispatch.
  • Postal System Issues:
    If your local postal system experiences delivery issues, please contact us for assistance.
    If you have not received any updates within two weeks after shipment, please contact us immediately.

    • Economical and efficient.
    • Typically arrives in 2-7 days.
  • Airmail Parcel:
    • The most economical option.
    • Delivery takes 7-14 days.
    • Trackable online or via written inquiries.
  • ePacket:
    • Ships from Taiwan to selected global destinations.
    • Max weight per parcel: 2kg.
    • Delivery begins from dispatch day (excluding holidays, customs, etc.).
    • Estimates are based on major cities; add 1-2 days for other areas.
    • Weather conditions may affect delivery times.
    • Not includes online realtime tracking. No signature is required.
    • Note: No inquiries or indemnity are provided.
    • If your local postal system is unreliable, we recommend reconsidering this shipping method.

Order Status:

After your order has been shipped, you can check its status by logging into your account on our website.

  1. Click the Member Account button (top right).
  2. Go to My Account > Order History.
  3. Select the order number to view its status.

Overseas Returns and Exchanges Policy

Due to the complexity and higher costs involved in overseas returns and exchanges, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
